How to order at kidznbaby.com ?
  1. Select Your Product: Browse by brand or category, or use the search bar to find your item. Choose your preferred options (e.g., color) and add it to your cart.
  2.  Checkout: Click on the cart icon to review your items. If you're ready to purchase, proceed to checkout. 
  3.  Enter Your Details: At the Checkout page, provide your contact and shipping information. Select either an expedited payment option like Apple Pay or use a credit card. You can enter a different billing address if necessary. 
  4.  Payment Information: Input your credit card details or choose Apple Pay. Confirm your billing address, especially if it's different from the shipping address. 
  5.  Complete Your Order: Review all the information for accuracy and click "Complete order".

Do you offer a product warranty?
All products sold by KIDZNBABY are covered under a manufacturer's warranty.There's no need to visit KIDZNBABY for a warranty issue. Regardless of where products are purchased, the manufacturer will handle your warranty claim and ship repair or replacement parts to you directly if necessary.See the warranty claims page for more information.
What is the status of my order?
To see the status of your order, sign into your KIDZNBABY account. You can also see your order details by clicking the "View your order" link in your order confirmation e-mail.Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. For transit times to your location, please see this page: How long does shipping take on the product page.Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. If more than three business days have passed since your order time and you have not received tracking information, please contact us.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us to make changes to your order.As we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we may not be able to edit or cancel your order after it has been placed. Even if you have not yet received tracking information, your order is processing for shipment in our warehouse, and we cannot guarantee it can be changed.If you need to cancel your order after it has already shipped, KIDZNBABY will charge a fee equal to 12% of the order value to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees.If you need to change the shipping address after your order has shipped, KIDZNBABY will charge a redirect fee of 20 EUR per package.
My product is defective or damaged. How can I get a repair or replacement?
  • Defective Products
    All products sold by KIDZNBABY are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If your item is defective or becomes damaged during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly to receive a repair or replacement part.Retailers like KIDZNBABY do not process warranty claims, but we are always happy to connect you with the manufacturer and help you resolve the problem.
  • Damaged Products
    If you believe your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos of the product damages. A replacement can be sent once KIDZNBABY has confirmed the damages and the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.Please note that a claim cannot be filed for a damages to the box or packaging, only for damages to the product inside.

Do you offer price adjustments?
KIDZNBABY offers the lowest prices allowed by the manufacturers, which control pricing and authorized sale periods for all retailers nationwide.If the price of the item you purchased has been lowered on kidznbaby.com, we are happy to offer price adjustments within 7 days of your order time.To be eligible for a price adjustment, the lower price must apply to the same item purchased, with an identical product model number and color.

For example, a sale on a travel system bundle would not qualify for a price adjustment on an individual stroller.The difference in price will be refunded in the form of a KIDZNBABY e-gift card, which can be used toward any product and does not expire.To request a price adjustment, please contact us.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped via DHL from our warehouse, within 1 business day.Transit time to your location are 2 to 9 days, on average. Transit times are only estimates, and are subject to change.
You will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking number. Transit times during peak holiday seasons may be longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on every order over 199 EUR. For every other order, the shipping costs 19.95 EUR.
In which countries do you ship?
We offer shipping on all strollers and travel systems orders in all the countries inside the European Nation. We do not offer international shipping, but some customers choose to ship items to a freight forwarding company.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
In the rare event that a package is lost, KIDZNBABY will work with the shipping company to conduct a lost package search. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to KIDZNBABY within 24 hours of the carrier-reported delivery date. Unfortunately, package theft is increasingly common, and KIDZNBABY is not responsible for items stolen from residences or businesses. In most cases of damaged packages, KIDZNBABY will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. 

In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product. Once a tracking number shows the product as delivered to the customer, KIDZNBABY has fulfilled its obligation to deliver the package. KIDZNBABY is not responsible for property theft. If your package was lost or damaged, please contact us so we can investigate the delivery with the package carrier.
Do you offer international shipping?
We only ship within the Europen Nation and are not authorized to sell products outside Europe.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order from KIDZNBABY! We accept returns of new, unused items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Because safety is a top priority for us and all new parents, KIDZNBABY only accepts returns of items that have never been used. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the attached product tags and original packaging. Please do not write on or alter the box. We hope to sell the product to someone who was as excited as you were to receive it!
How to Make a Return?
To request a return authorization and shipping label, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Shipping Fees
KIDZNBABY covers the cost of outbound shipping to you on all strollers & travel systems. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of shipping errors or damaged products.KIDZNBABY offers discounted return shipping labels at the following flat rates:Strollers: 19.95 EUR Car seats: 19.95 EUR All other gear (i.e. high chair, playard, car seat base, accessories): 19.95 EUR Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once the package is received at our warehouse.
Defective Products
All products sold by KIDZNBABY are protected under a manufacturer's warranty. If you would like to return an item because of a defect, the manufacturer can help you with a repair or replacement.Retailers do not process warranty claims, but we are always happy to connect you with the manufacturer and help you resolve the problem. Please see our warranty claims page for more information.
Damaged Products
If you would like to return a product because it was damaged upon receipt, we can help you with a replacement.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
The shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while it is in transit to you, KIDZNBABY will deduct 12% from your refund to cover the shipping and refusal fees we have incurred.
Gift Returns
If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, we can provide a refund to either a KIDZNBABY e-gift card or to the original form of payment.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used and that the packaging is in the same condition in which you received it.When your return is approved, a refund can be processed to the original form of payment or to a KIDZNBABY gift card. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when KIDZNBABY issues your refund. Please note that it can take several business days for your credit card company to process the funds to your account.
When can I expect my refund?
We aim to process returns within two to four business days of receipt.You'll receive a notification e-mail as soon as we've issued your refund. Please note that it can take up to several days for your credit card company to process the refund.

Do you offer price matching?
KIDZNBABY aims to offer high-quality baby gear at the best available prices. Although we follow the pricing policies set by manufacturers for all retailers, you may occasionally find the same item advertised at a lower price elsewhere.In these cases, KIDZNBABY will match prices on items that meet the following price matching conditions.  
KIDZNBABY does not offer price matching on used products (including floor models and open-box products) or merchandise sold through auction sites such as eBay.
